a part of the staircase will get a white painting , only the upside of stair tread and the handrail stay wooden....it looks friendly and it brings much more brightness inside...

The Villa

The villa was built in 1912 ....

...it will be easy to kiss it awake, with a good feeling for the style and an amazing team of motivated workers in back ! This wonderful house needs some new basics as the electric wiring and an additional bathroom , but anything else is perfect ... new colors at the wall and a polish for the floor.... ready for moving in !
